Frequently Asked Questions

About our sofas

Can I also leave the sofa free-standing in the room?

Most of our sofas are fully upholstered, meaning: they look good from the back as well and can be placed freely in the room. You can find details in the respective product description – or just ask us directly.

Can I also pay in installments?

Yes, of course! With us, you can conveniently pay by installments via PayPal or our 0% financing. The selection and processing take place directly at checkout - simple, transparent, and flexible according to your needs.

Is the sofa delivered to the apartment free of charge?

Yes! All our sofas are delivered to your apartment free of charge – with no additional cost.

For some larger models, even free assembly is included. You can find all the details above under the section "Services" on the product page.

Are the sofas also suitable for households with pets?

Yes, fundamentally all our sofas are also suitable for pet owners. Our velvet and faux leather models are particularly recommended, as they are not only durable, but also water-resistant and easy to maintain.

We are happy to provide you with a personalized recommendation based on the type of animal and fabric preference.

How do I properly care for my sofa?

Our fabrics are robust and easy to care for. In most cases, it is sufficient to regularly vacuum the surface and clean it with a damp cloth if necessary. For particularly thorough and gentle care, we recommend our upholstery cleaner from Luxusbetten24, which has been specially developed for delicate fabrics such as bouclé or Corduroy. Please do not use a regular vacuum cleaner with a hard brush – this can damage fine fabrics. Special upholstery attachments or handheld vacuum cleaners with soft nozzles are better suited. For especially delicate materials, we are happy to provide you with individual care instructions upon request.

Is there a warranty?

Certainly. Our sofas come with a statutory warranty of 2 years. However, many of our customers sleep contentedly in them for much longer – because quality pays off.

We are available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, via email, phone, or chat.
