Special Provisions & Extended Warranty Services

(Supplementary to our General Terms and Conditions)

These special provisions apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of Luxusbetten24 GmbH for orders placed through our online shop.

§1 Scope of Application

(1) The following special provisions apply exclusively to individually configured beds from:

  • the upholstered bed configurator

  • the box spring bed configurator

(2) These provisions apply to all orders from February 10, 2026 onwards.

(3) For orders placed before February 10, 2026, only the General Terms and Conditions valid at the time of order apply.

§2 Extended Warranty (5 years)

(1) For all orders from February 10, 2026, we grant a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty of 5 years on configured upholstered beds and box spring beds.

(2) For orders before February 10, 2026, the statutory warranty period of 2 years applies.

(3) Cases that fall outside the statutory warranty period of 2 years will be examined by us on an individual basis. A claim to warranty service in these cases exists only under the following conditions.

(4) The warranty applies exclusively to material and workmanship defects in the bed frame or bed construction.

(5) Excluded from the warranty are in particular:

- Damage caused by external influences

- Self-inflicted damage

- Damage caused by pets

- Transport damage, especially in connection with moves or self-transport

- Damage due to improper use or assembly

- Normal wear and tear

(6) Not part of the warranty are:

- Mattresses

- Toppers

- Bed boxes, unless they are part of the supporting structure

- Covers, fabrics, and upholstery (unless a clear material or workmanship defect is present)

(7) Sagging or worn mattresses do not constitute a warranty case.

(8) The statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this warranty.

§3 30-Day Trial Sleep

(1) For orders from February 10, 2026, we grant a voluntary 30-day trial sleep for configured upholstered beds and box spring beds.

(2) The period begins on the day of delivery to the customer.

(3) Within these 30 days, the customer may withdraw from the contract.

§4 Free Collection within the Trial Sleep Period

(1) In the event of withdrawal within the 30-day period, free collection will be carried out by our logistics partner.

(2) For beds from the box spring bed configurator, the following applies:

  • The original assembly is free of charge.

  • In case of withdrawal, free disassembly and removal will also be carried out by our team.

(3) For beds from the upholstered bed configurator, the following applies:

  • Collection takes place free of charge at the installation site.

  • The bed must be ready for collection. Disassembly by our team is not part of this special provision.

(4) The customer is not obliged to pack the bed themselves or to transport it independently.

§5 Relationship to Statutory Withdrawal Rights

(1) The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
(2) The 30-day trial sleep is a voluntary, additional service.
(3) Should individual provisions of these special regulations be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
