Overview of shipping methods

Depending on the product and the delivery country, there are different shipping options. Because our range is constantly growing, we cannot provide flat shipping rates - the costs for your product are listed on the product page.

Freight forwarding "free curbside"

  • Delivery by Mebel Taxi or Noerpel freight carrier
  • Delivery Monday to Friday
  • Notification of the delivery date by telephone or SMS (4-hour time window)
  • Delivery to the curbside
  • No carrying into the apartment

Freight forwarding "free point of use"

  • Delivery by furniture taxi or DHL 2-man handling
  • Delivery Monday to Friday (in exceptional cases also on Saturdays)
  • Announcement of the delivery date by telephone or SMS (4-hour time window)
  • Carrying to the place of use - up to the 4th floor
  • No assembly, no packaging disposal

Freight forwarding “free point of use including assembly”

All-round carefree
  • Everything as with “free place of use”
  • Assembly by the delivery team
  • Packaging disposal by the delivery team

Old furniture removal - what you should know

If you choose old furniture removal, please note:

  • Only one similar piece of furniture will be picked up at a time (e.g. sofa for sofa)
  • The furniture must be ready for transport (e.g. disassembled, without contents)
  • The new location must be free and accessible (especially if assembly has been booked)
  • Electrically adjustable furniture (e.g. with a motor) is excluded from pickup
