How long does delivery take?

Your bed will be made for you after the order - it will usually arrive within 4 to 6 weeks.

Can I also pay in installments?

Yes. You can pay by installments via PayPal or our 0% financing. Selection and processing take place directly at checkout - transparent and as flexible as you need it.

Will the bed be delivered to the bedroom?

Yes - we deliver your bed directly to your bedroom.

What warranty is there on the bed?

Your bed comes with a 5-year warranty - on materials, workmanship, and function.

How do I best clean my bed?

For regular care, it is sufficient to vacuum the upholstered bed with a soft upholstery nozzle. It is best to treat stains gently with the Luxusbetten24 upholstery cleaner; the Luxusbetten24 waterproofing spray also provides additional protection for the fabric against new soiling and moisture. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents and excessive moisture to protect the fabric and upholstery.
