What is the difference between an upholstered bed and a box spring bed?

An upholstered bed usually has a classic slatted frame and a separate mattress – this makes it especially flexible in the choice of firmness and lying comfort. In contrast, a box spring bed consists of a three-part system with a sprung base box. Both variants offer excellent comfort – the decision depends on your personal preferences.

Can I also pay in installments?

Yes, of course! With us, you can conveniently pay by installments via PayPal or Klarna. The selection and processing take place directly at checkout – very simple, transparent, and flexible according to your needs.

How do I properly care for my upholstered bed?

Our fabrics are durable and easy to care for. As a rule, it is sufficient to vacuum the surface regularly and, if necessary, treat it with a damp cloth or a suitable upholstery cleaner. We recommend not using a regular vacuum cleaner with a hard brush, as this can damage delicate fabrics such as bouclé or Corduroy. Instead, a special upholstery attachment or a handheld vacuum cleaner with a soft nozzle is suitable. For particularly delicate materials, we are happy to provide you with individual care instructions upon request.

Is the upholstered bed delivered to the apartment free of charge?

Yes! All our sofas are carried free of charge into your home – with no extra cost.

Is a slatted frame included in the delivery?

Yes. Our upholstered beds are delivered as standard including slatted frame – in some models this is even foldable and allows access to the practical bed box underneath.

Is there a warranty?

Of course. Our upholstered beds come with a statutory warranty of 2 years. However, many of our customers sleep happily in them for much longer – because quality pays off.

Are mattresses included?

In most cases, mattresses are not included in the delivery. However, some upholstered beds are offered including mattress.

Tolles Bett

Tolles Bett. Wie viele schreiben kommt es ohne Anleitung, außer für das Lattenrost. Aber es ist gut nachzuvollziehen wie es aufgebaut werden muss. Ich kann es nur empfehlen! Ein absoluter Hingucker und man liegt auch toll!

Macht ganz was her!

Auf der Suche nach einem neuen Bett bin ich auf das grüne Polsterbett „Ophelia“ gestoßen. Die Lieferung hat perfekt funktioniert, selbst durch das schmale Treppenhaus wurde gekonnt manövriert. Den Aufbau habe ich alleine realisiert, zu zweit ist es aber bedeutend einfacher. Aufgebaut, am richtigen Ort platziert und dann erstmal die Optik genossen. Echt eine 10/10. Eine mindestens genauso gute Figur macht die Bequemlichkeit. Große Liegefläche, super komfortabel und eine gepolsterte Bettkante machen dieses Bett zu einem rundum gelungenen Produkt. Als i-Tüpfelchen gibt es noch viel Stauraum im Bettkasten.

Bett top, "Anleitung" flopp

Das Bett sieht super aus, macht im gesamten einen wertigen Eindruck und ist so wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe.

Das schwierigste am Zusammenbau war das Lattenrost. Leider war das auch der einzige Punkt an dem es eine Anleitung gab. Alle Schritte im Umgang mit den restlichen Teilen des Bettes mussten erahnt werden, was an sich auch sehr selbsterklärend war, eine Anleitung gerade im Bezug der Reihenfolge wäre dennoch hilfreich gewesen.
Am Ende waren auch 2 Schrauben übrig, fingers crossed das die nicht wichtig waren ;)

Mal abgesehen davon macht der Kundenservice einen 1a Job. Ich hatte das Bett in der falschen Größe bestellt und das wurde umgehend gelöst.
