Frequently Asked Questions

To our sofas

Can I also leave the lounger freestanding in the room?

All loungers are fully upholstered, meaning: they also look good from behind and can be easily placed freely in the room.

Can I also pay in installments?

Yes, of course! With us, you can conveniently pay by installments via PayPal or our 0% financing. The selection and processing take place directly at checkout - simple, transparent, and flexible according to your needs.

Is the lounger delivered to the apartment free of charge?

Yes! All our sofas and loungers are carried into your home free of charge - at no extra cost.

For some larger models, free assembly is even included. You can find all the details above under “Services” on the product page.

Are the loungers also suitable for households with pets?

Yes, in principle all of our chaise lounges are also suitable for pet owners. Our velvet models are particularly recommended, as they are not only durable, but also water-repellent and easy to care for.

For a personalized recommendation based on your pet and preferred fabric, we will be happy to advise you personally.

How do I properly care for my lounger?

Our fabrics are durable and easy to care for. In most cases, it is sufficient to vacuum the surface regularly and clean it with a damp cloth when needed. For particularly thorough and material-friendly care, we recommend our upholstery cleaner from Luxusbetten24, which was specially developed for delicate fabrics such as bouclé or Corduroy. Please do not use a regular vacuum cleaner with a hard brush - this can damage fine weaves. Special upholstery attachments or handheld vacuum cleaners with a soft nozzle are better suited. For particularly delicate materials, we will be happy to provide you with individual care instructions on request.

Is there a warranty?

Yes - we provide a 5-year warranty* on our loungers, in addition to the 2-year statutory warranty. What exactly is covered is set out in our warranty terms and conditions.

We are available for you Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, by email, phone, or chat.
