How do I properly care for my sofa?
Our fabrics are durable and easy to care for. Usually, it is sufficient to regularly vacuum the surface and treat it with a damp cloth or a suitable upholstery cleaner as needed. We recommend not using a regular vacuum cleaner with a hard brush, as it can damage delicate fabrics like bouclé or corduroy. Instead, a special upholstery attachment or a handheld vacuum with a soft nozzle is suitable. For particularly sensitive materials, we are happy to provide you with individual care instructions upon request.
Is there a warranty?
Certainly. Our sofas come with a statutory warranty of 2 years. However, many of our customers sleep contentedly in them for much longer – because quality pays off.

Hab lange nach einem Sofa in dieser Größe und mit diesen Funktionen gesucht. Hier wurde ich fündig. Das Sofa wurde Termingerecht geliefert. Hier auch noch einmal ein großes Lob an die Spedition "Mebel Taxi". Die Lieferanten waren sehr nett und mir wurde das Sofa bis in den 3.Stock in die Wohnung geliefert.
Auch der Kundendienst ist super. Antwortet sehr schnell und ist bemüht Hilfe zu leisten.
Das Sofa sieht genau wie auf den Bildern aus. Habe Samt/Anthrazit gewählt. Der Stoff fühlt sich sehr angenehm an. Die verstellbaren Kopflehnen sind sehr praktisch und funktionell. Der Härtegrad ist wohl Geschmackssache. Ich finde ihn so perfekt. Genug Platz findet man auch im Bettkasten um Decken und Kissen oder sonstiges zu verstauen. Die Liegefläche lässt sich problemlos ausziehen.
Leider muss ich einen Stern abziehen. Da man bei ausgezogener Liegefläche aufpassen muss wie man sich darauf legt bzw über diese hinweg bewegt,da sie schnell dazu neigt einzuklappen.

Lieferung war termingerecht eingehalten, aufbau problemlos, alle teile vorhanden und sauber verarbeitet, gerne wieder lg
Bis auf eine Schraube die nicht in das vorgegebene Gewinde geschraubt werden konnte, sieht die Couch optisch sehr gut aus und hat auch wie angegeben einen angenehmen Härtegrad und ist gemütlich. Sie hat eine gute Position in meiner Wohnung gefunden. Empfehle sie gerne weiter.
Die Bestellung verlief einfach, auch wurden uns wunschgemäß zwei Stoffproben vorab übersandt. Die Lieferung erfolgte zum Termin und die Couch wurde, wie vereinbart aufgebaut. Bis dato sind nur geringe Qualitätsmängel, wie zum Beispiel ein schief angeschraubter Fuß, erkennbar. Die Monteure waren höflich und schnell. Wir sind bis heute mit dem Produkt unter Berücksichtigung des Preises sehr zufrieden.
