Terms and Conditions - “Dream Bed Giveaway”

1. Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway is:

The giveaway is published as an Instagram collaboration post between the creator accounts @paulinawallner (Paulina) and @sascha_huber_official (Sascha) as well as @luxusbetten24. The organizer and solely responsible party for the execution, drawing, and shipment of the prizes is exclusively LB24 International GmbH.

Notice in accordance with Meta/Instagram promotion guidelines:

This giveaway is in no way connected with Instagram or Meta and is not sponsored, endorsed, organized, or associated with Instagram/Meta. By participating, the participant releases Instagram/Meta from any liability in connection with this giveaway. Questions or complaints regarding the giveaway must be directed exclusively to the organizer (LB24 International GmbH) and not to Instagram/Meta.

2. Giveaway period

The giveaway begins with the publication of the giveaway reel on Instagram and ends on 25/07/2026 at 11:59 p.m. (CEST). Entries submitted after this time or that have not completed all participation steps by this time will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

Eligible to participate are all natural persons who…

• are at least 18 years old,

• have their place of residence in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland,

• have a public Instagram account. A public profile is required so that the organizer can verify completion of the story share (step 3). Participation cannot be verified for private profiles and is therefore invalid.

Employees of LB24 International GmbH, the creators involved, and their respective relatives are excluded from participation.

4. Participation in the giveaway / Procedure

Participation is free of charge and takes place exclusively via Instagram. All three of the following steps must be completed in full within the giveaway period for an entry to be valid:

1. Like the giveaway post (Reel).

2. Tag three accounts in the comments of the giveaway post. Multiple comments, each with new, real people, increase the chance of winning. Tags of fake accounts, your own account, companies, or people who are obviously not real are not permitted and will not be counted in the drawing. Incorrect tagging violates Instagram's promotion guidelines and will result in exclusion from the giveaway.

3. Share the giveaway reel in your own Instagram story and visibly tag @luxusbetten24 in the story. The story must remain publicly visible until the end of its regular 24-hour visibility period.

Only participants who can verifiably complete all four steps will be entered into the drawing.

5. Prizes

The following will be raffled among all valid entries:

• 1× any bed from the Luxusbetten24 online shop (luxusbetten24.de). The winner may configure their dream bed themselves or choose any bed from the online shop.

The prize is non-transferable, indivisible, and cannot be paid out in cash. Combination with other vouchers or ongoing discount promotions may be excluded. The prize is valid for up to 6 months after announcement of the winner. Costs for additional products shall be borne by the respective winner.

6. Winner selection and notification

After the end of the giveaway period, one winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The drawing will be documented by the organizer.

The notification will initially be sent on 26/07/2026 via Instagram direct message (DM) from the account @luxusbetten24 to the winner. Only after the respective winner has expressly consented to publication will the Instagram username also be announced in the Instagram story of @luxusbetten24. Without consent, the winner will not be named publicly; the story announcement may then be made in anonymized form.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the first notification by DM, or if the participation requirements cannot subsequently be verified, the claim to the respective prize shall expire and a new winner shall be selected by lot using the same procedure.

7. Exclusion from the giveaway

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway without stating reasons if

• these terms and conditions of participation or Instagram's terms of use are violated,

• false or misleading information is provided (e.g. false tagging, fake profiles),

• manipulation, automated mass participation, or unfair means are identifiable,

• applicable law is violated.

Prizes already awarded may be reclaimed in these cases.

8. Early termination / changes

The organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for good cause without prior notice, in particular in the event of technical problems (e.g. Instagram outage), attempts at manipulation, legal reasons, or force majeure. Participants shall have no claims against the organizer arising from this.

9. Data protection

The following personal data are processed in the context of participation:

• Instagram username

• In the event of winning, additionally: name, delivery address or email address for transmission of the voucher code, as well as, if applicable, contents of the DM communication and further data based on our privacy policy.

The data will be used exclusively for the conduct and administration of the giveaway (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR – implementation of pre-contractual measures or performance of the participation agreement). The data will not be disclosed to third parties, except for transmission to service providers engaged by the organizer to send the prize.

The publication of the winner's Instagram username in the story will take place only on the basis of explicit, voluntary consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which is granted via DM. This consent may be revoked at any time with future effect.

After completion of the giveaway and handover of the prizes, the data will be deleted unless there are statutory retention obligations (e.g. tax law obligations). The data will not be used for advertising purposes or for sending newsletters.

Participants have the right at any time to obtain information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. 10. Liability

The organizer shall not be liable for technical disruptions, delays, or outages on Instagram/Meta or in access to the platform that impair participation, unless there is intent or gross negligence. For damages connected with the prizes, the organizer shall be liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence, as well as in the event of injury to life, body, or health.

11. Miscellaneous

Legal recourse is excluded.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
