The sweepstakes begins on 22.11.2025 and ends on
10.12.2025 at 11:59 PM (CET).
Entries after this time will not be considered.

3. Eligibility to participate

Eligible to participate are all natural persons who

• are at least 18 years old,

• have their residence in Germany, Austria or Switzerland and have a public or private Instagram account.

Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation. Händlerbund+1

4. Participation in the giveaway / procedure

Participation is free and takes place exclusively according to the following procedure:

Step 1 – Instagram participation (mandatory):
Participants must during the giveaway period interact with the giveaway post from @luxusbetten24 on Instagram

1. follow the account @luxusbetten24,

2. like the giveaway post like,

3. Tag 3 friends in the comments.
   Without this step, participation is invalid. eRecht24+1

Step 2 – Download the app:
The Luxusbetten24 app must be downloaded. Use as a guest is also possible.

Step 3 – Enable push notifications:
Push notifications must be enabled in the app.

Step 4 – Fill out the participation form:
Participants reach the form via the button “Click here to participate in the €3000 contest” on the website.
The e-mail address and Instagram username must be provided truthfully and the form submitted.

Only fully and correctly submitted entries will participate in the draw.

5. Prize

The following prize will be raffled among all valid entries:

• 1× shopping voucher worth €3,000 for the Luxusbetten24 online shop.

The voucher is non-transferable, non-divisible, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Combining it with other vouchers/promotions may be excluded.

6. Winner determination and notification

The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries after the end of the contest period.

The announcement will be made on 11.12.2025 via the Instagram account @luxusbetten24. Additionally, the winner can be contacted by e-mail.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days after notification or the participation requirements are not met, a new winner will be drawn. Händlerbund+1

7. Exclusion from the Contest

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants without giving reasons if

• these terms and conditions of participation are violated,

• false information is provided,

• manipulations or automatic mass participations are detectable,

• multiple accounts/emails are used to increase the chance of winning. DSG+1

8. Early Termination / Changes

The organizer reserves the right to change, interrupt, or terminate the contest at any time for important reasons without prior notice, e.g., in case of technical problems, attempts at manipulation, or legal reasons. BILD+1

9. Data protection

The following personal data will be processed for participation:

• Instagram username

• E-mail address

The data is used exclusively for the execution and processing of the contest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). After the contest ends, the data will be deleted unless there are statutory retention obligations. Händlerbund+2PRO-DSGVO+2

10. Liability

The organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions, delays, or failures that affect participation, unless intent or gross negligence is present.

11. Miscellaneous

Legal recourse is excluded.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions shall remain unaffected.
